Reservation & Cancellation Policies

These Reservation & Cancellation Policies form part of the Alaska Kosher Expeditions Service Agreement. All guests are required to review and sign the Service Agreement prior to submitting payment. By signing the Service Agreement we provide, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by the terms outlined.

Before booking a trip with Alaska Kosher Expeditions, please carefully review the policies outlined below.

The closer a cancellation occurs to the trip start date, the more difficult it becomes to fill that spot. This is why we strongly recommend purchasing Trip Cancellation & Interruption Insurance.

We suggest:

We’re excited to share Alaska with you in the most authentic way possible. Thank you for choosing Alaska Kosher Expeditions — we look forward to welcoming you to Alaska.

Itinerary Adjustments

The sample itineraries displayed on our website and trip pages are intended to represent the style, flow, and level of adventure of each trip. Due to the remote nature of Alaska, limited availability of partner service providers, weather conditions, and logistics, the exact sequence of activities or specific service providers may change.

If adjustments are required:

  • Guests will be notified as early as possible

  • We will make reasonable efforts to maintain the overall experience level and value of the trip.

Changes are made only when necessary to ensure safety, operational success, and the best possible guest experience.

Roommate Policy

  • Trip pricing is based on double occupancy lodging.

  • We will attempt to match solo travelers with a roommate where possible.

  • Guests requesting a private room will be charged a single supplement fee before their final balance is due.

  • Due to limited availability, private rooms cannot always be guaranteed.

If you book within 60 days of departure, the single supplement must be paid at the time of booking unless a roommate is available.

If a roommate is later found, the supplement will be refunded.
