How it works

Start with what your family wants to feel

Some families want the ice and the backcountry. Some want a slower pace with a great table at the end of every day. Most want both. We start with a call, then design every day around your group: the route, the pace, the activities, the food and where you sleep.

You're with us from airport pickup to drop-off. We don't hand you off for unguided days; add-ons become extra guided days instead.

Custom trips are priced per trip, based on your group and the plan. Tell us what you want, and we'll build the proposal.

Only have 5 days? Ask about our 5-day self-drive packages, with a kosher kitchen kit and a cooler of kosher meat, or pre-made kosher catering.

Glatt kosher meat overnighted from New York, kitchens we kasher ourselves, and packaged products with hechshers recognized by the CRC and OU. Our dairy is not Chalav Yisrael.

DREAM BIG

Have a dream Alaska trip in mind?

If there's a place in Alaska you're dying to get to, or a dream trip you want to put together, reach out. We can build a trip to almost anywhere in Alaska, from Lake Clark and Katmai to Wrangell-St. Elias National Park, and we take care of all the kosher logistics.

Want a true adventure, unlike anything else? Remote, fly-in lodges open up corners of Alaska few travelers ever see.

Example trips from 2026

14 days · Kenai Peninsula to the Arctic

Alaska Discovery with an Arctic extension

Kachemak Bay by water taxi to Grewingk Glacier, sea kayaking out of Homer, Seward, a glacier trek, Denali flightseeing, trout fishing on Curry Ridge and gold panning at Hatcher Pass. Then north to Utqiaġvik for the summer solstice, under a sun that never sets.

10 days · Southcentral Alaska

Alaska at its fullest

A full day kayaking Blackstone Bay, salmon fishing on the Kenai River, an alpine ridge hike, Shabbat in Palmer, a Knik Glacier boat tour, dryland mushing with Iditarod-trained huskies, and a final morning on the Matanuska Glacier just outside your tent.

FISHING AND ADVENTURE

Fishing, lodges and adventure

Any private trip can be a kosher fishing trip in Alaska. Fish for salmon on the Kenai, trout in the rivers and rainbow trout in the alpine rivers, and put the fish you catch on the grill that night. Go halibut fishing on the ocean, and bring cases of frozen, vacuum-packed fish home with you.

  • Stay in fishing lodges and vacation homes, with fresh, home-cooked kosher meals
  • On request, fly out to remote fishing lodges with local fishing guides
  • Add any adventure you want, from glacier days to sea kayaking, jet skiing, helicopter rides, plane rides and ATVing

Upgrades on request

Make it yours

Every upgrade is quoted and confirmed before you book.

  • A private executive chef
  • Upgraded lodging
  • Dog sledding on a glacier
  • Paddleboarding on a glacier
  • Katmai bear viewing by floatplane
  • Salmon fishing
  • Arctic village visits
  • And more: if you can dream it, we can add it to your trip

Good fits: families who want their own departure, multi-generation trips with mixed energy levels, longer trips of 10 days and up, and families who want an Arctic extension.
